Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome
Donna's Love Pet Rescue (DLPR) is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need across the Greater Houston area. Since 2015, we've been transforming the lives of thousands of animals through compassionate care, innovative tools, and the unwavering belief that every lost pet deserves a chance to find their way home.
"Every animal that comes through our doors is a life we've committed to save. We don't just rescue—we rehabilitate, we care for, and we find them forever families. That's the DLPR promise."
We find animals in need—abandoned, lost, or abused—and bring them to safety. Our rescue operations connect with shelters, communities, and lost pet networks to ensure no animal is left behind.
Every animal receives medical care, behavioral training, and love. Our specialized rehabilitation programs address trauma and prepare each animal for their next chapter.
We believe in thoughtful matching. Every adoption is carefully planned to ensure lasting, loving family connections that change lives on both sides.
We're building something ambitious: a no-kill sanctuary that provides state-of-the-art care and innovative programs for animals and the community.
A serene, welcoming space where volunteers and potential adopters can engage with animals in their natural environment. This isn't just adoption—it's connection.
Hands-on training for aspiring groomers while our animals receive professional care. Education and rehabilitation in one compassionate program.
Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient systems. We're building a rescue facility that protects animals and respects the environment.
Every animal receives medical attention, behavioral support, and unconditional love.
Our team is passionate, experienced, and committed to the rescue mission.
